An HCS service technician will be working out in the field, repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems. All service technicians are trained to evaluate systems and accurately communicate information to the customer so the customer can make the best decision for their needs. Our technicians are not salespeople in disguise - we would rather repair a unit if it can be repaired rather than sell the customer a new system - so there are no quotas to meet.
